Project Summary
Based round the corner from our Northwest Headquarters in Wigan, this contemporary living for over 55s in Leigh, comprised of 78 one- and two-bedroom apartments over 3 floors, our inhouse team have designed the dedicated sprinkler pump and tank to BS9251:2021 Category 2. In addition to the sprinkler system, our team designed and installed 2no dry riser system comprising of 6no landing valves.
