Project Summary
Set right in the heart of The Northern Quarter in Manchester. The two blocks, rising 11 and 12 storeys high containing nearly 2000 sprinkler heads are protected with a category 4 BS9251:2021 compliant sprinkler system, complete with dedicated enhanced sprinkler water supplies. Design by our in house design team and delivered by our own project team. Across the 2no blocks TFSC will also install 4no Dry Risers comlying to BS9990:2015 with over 50no Landing valves.
